In the wake of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) , Canadian government has extended the tax deadline by one month i.e. to June 1st 2020. The deadline to pay off any outstanding balances interest-free will also be extended, this time to July 31. Every year the deadline to file personal taxes is 30th April.
Businesses will also get extension till July 31st to pay any corporate tax to CRA.
