Another fraudulent immigration consultant in Canada charged by CBSA

A man named François Teasdale , has been charged on Dec 5, 2019 for providing paid immigration related services to clients without being authorized. He encouraged individuals to misrepresent facts on different immigration applications submitted to IRCC.

François Teasdale knowingly counselled and provided immigration advise for a fee between 2015 to 2017, as per investigation by CBSA.

In Canada any person providing immigration advice, counselling or representation must be either a member in good standing of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or Lawyers who are members of a law society of a province, notaries who are members of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and paralegals (Ontario only) who are members of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
